Taxes: All lodging is subject to Maine State Lodging Tax of 7%.
Double Occupancy: Room rates are based on double occupancy, up to two persons per room.
Extra Persons: Children 12 and under stay free. $10 per person per night for each teenager, age 13 - 17. $20 per person per night for each adult, age 18 and over.
Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 3 per room for one bed and 5 per room for rooms with two beds.
Deposit Policy: 100% deposit for a one or two night stay. 50% deposit for 3 nights or more.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 14-days in advance will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 14-days in advance and no shows are non-refundable. There is no refund for early departure.
Extras: Rollaway charge is $15 per night. Cribs available at no extra charge.
Packages: All package rates are quoted per person are based upon double occupancy for the length of stay.
Pets: Pets are welcome in the Oars building only. Pets must be leashed at all times outside the room. Pets cannot be left in the room unattended. Pets must not be allowed to disturb or frighten other guests or pets. Pets must not urinate or defecate on Smugglers property; public walking paths are nearby. Please clean up after your pet. Animal control will be called for any pet left in the room unattended, with the expenses born by the owner. Owners are responsible to pay for any pet damage.
Smoking: Smugglers Cove Inn allows smoking in Oars Building rooms 38, 39, 45, and 48 only. All other rooms are non-smoking. There is a $200 deep cleaning fee for violation.
Two-Night Minimum Stay: There is a two night minimum stay on weekends during peak season and holidays
Miscellaneous: Special rates may be in effect during certain holidays and special events.
